LANDSCAPE PLANNING
Full property site planning includes all aspects of landscape design; pools, driveways, water features, patios, decks, walkways, garden structures and plant species lists with photos. Our full service planning allows you to combine design services eliminating the need for multiple consultants saving you time and money. Our design services include: architectural/landscape design, environmental design/permitting and on-site sketches (for smaller projects). Our consultations are free within 25 miles of Easton unless on-site design work is performed during the consultation.
ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING
Specializing in waterfront properties located within the Chesapeake Bay Critical Area (CBCAB), we help property owners navigate the environmental regulations and permitting invloved with new construction, existing home renovation or other land disturbance (including shoreline repair).

Jennifer studied Horticulture and Landscape Management at the University of Maryland and Landscape Design at George Washington University. She has worked in the landscape industry for over 40 years, from environmental design/construction; wetlands, ponds, bio-retention facilities and stream and shoreline restoration projects to residential design/ build. For the past 17 years Jennifer has been living in Easton, Maryland designing, installing and maintaining sustainable landscapes for her clients on the Eastern Shore.
JCLD can act as general contractor to implement all aspects of your plan and manage the project from start to finish, or we can work with a contractor of your choosing. We have a team of skilled contractors, craftsmen, and artisans; together we deliver the landscape you envision on time and within budget.
